Random history today 
In the days of ‘old’………..Sunday’s were truly special in terms of family, big lunch etc and the perpetuity, (good word?) of mate-hunting. I’m thinking since they bathed on Saturdays, so on Sunday, everyone donned their best attire, and picnics were the prize outings? The point being, a lot of effort went into this and the first picture shows having ROWED up the mighty Kowie river. We truly live in a paradisiacal region. I have been sitting watching the Cormorants diving and fishing in the canal that runs past my jetty- quite a few catches.
