Fledgling township team play their first cricket match
NOMZAMO Secondary School Cricket Club played their first match against Port Alfred High School last Wednesday.
“Even though we didn’t win, it was nice that we established some ties with Port Alfred High School in terms of cricket,” said Nomzamo Cricket Club coach Gareth Mitchell.
“It seems as though this may become a more regular event, and that would be amazing,” Mitchell said.
