The #CapeStorm has killed at least eight people, but that hasn’t stopped these Hout Bay surfers from trying to ride its waves. While surfing where seagulls fear to fly isn’t a well advised activity, the surfers appeared to remain unscathed as the seas battered the Western Cape shores.
