President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Tuesday, 27 February 2018 that land will be expropriated without compensation but with great wisdom and skill so food security and agriculture will not be compromised. Ramaphosa was speaking to traditional leaders at the opening of the House of Traditional Leaders.
