Mayor speaks of Revenue Enhancement
SPEAKING at the latest full council meeting held at the council chambers last Wednesday, Ndlambe mayor, Phindile Faxi, emphasised the need for increasing revenue on any projects undertaken by the municipality by looking beyond immediate needs and focusing on value-added services.
“We see bad track-records on service delivery all over the country,” said Faxi. “We need to up our game and embark aggressively to improve revenue streams.”
