A large informal refugee encampment has been growing steadily over the past few months in the heart of a Cape Town tourist hotspot. But a new court order from Cape Town’s high court will allow law enforcement to remove the temporary shelters outside the Central Methodist Church on February 28 2020.  Arena Holdings
