Monday was a gusty day, and being a public holiday, was the perfect opportunity for kite surfers to hit the water at Cannon Rocks beach, with some great aerials thrown in. An annual kite-surfing contest used to be held at the beach, with entrants from around South Africa, but the parking lot is now blocked by huge shifting sand dunes.
