WITH exactly a month to go, if you are thinking of entering the Buco/Kowie Striders’ 27km or 10km races on October 14, it may be time to polish off your racing shoes and begin practicing for the event.
Port Alfred’s running club, the Kowie Striders, is getting ready to host the races, and expects competitors from all over the province, as well as some from outside the Eastern Cape, to flock to the Port Alfred Country Club to take part in this prestigious race.
