THIS morning MEC for Social Development in the Eastern Cape, Nomadewuka Nancy Sihlwayi, attended a mass rally at the Ekhupumleni sports fields at Kenton-on-Sea to deliver a festive season message.
“Ke Moja,” she said. “I’m fine without drugs.”
