Notice is hereby given that Ndlambe Municipality will be doing a scheduled shutdown of the Sarel Hayward Dam supply system. This shutdown forms part of a planned maintenance operation with the purpose of improving the electrical supply in the system. During this maintenance operation there will be interruptions to the water supply to Port Alfred and surrounds.
The interruptions will take place as follows:
Date: May 21 to May 22
From 8am on May 21 until 8am May 22
All residents, businesses, schools and consumers in the affected areas are kindly requested to make the necessary arrangements for gathering water for cooking, washing, cleaning, etc for that period.
