Truck drivers continue to make illegal stops on Southwell Road (72), day and night, even after red lines indicating a no-stopping zone were painted on the sides. This was outside the Wimpy and Steers complex at about 9.45pm on December 12. This Aspen Logistics truck was parked in a single driving lane and vehicles coming from behind were forced to cross the barrier line into the oncoming traffic lane to pass. It also posed a hazard to cars exiting the complex as it obstructs the view of oncoming traffic.
