Despite a High Court ruling that Ndlambe gets its act together with respect to stray cattle, not everyone seems to be aware of the problems these animals cause to road users.
Driving from a reasonable bad traffic accident at the top end of Wharf Street on Tuesday late afternoon, these cattle were seen at the other end of the street casually walking from the direction of town and unattended.
