EFF alleges corruption in awarding of contracts
THE EFF has accused Ndlambe Municipality of awarding tenders to “friends” of the administration.
Local EFF member Xolisa Runeli approached Talk of the Town with copies of invoices and quotations, signed-off by municipal officials for the hire of equipment and services. They indicate payment of substantial amounts which Runeli claims were against tenders and quotations never advertised, but simply awarded to companies with an association with municipal officials.
