Car carrier stuck for hours on Albany Road

A car carrier has been stuck on Albany Road for about six hours, forcing traffic into one lane, alternating like a stop/go. The truck was apparently one of three which got stuck earlier today, but the other two have since been moved or were able to get moving again.
