EC: Grahamstown Cluster : Peddie
Cases of murder and attempted murder are under investigation by Peddie SAPS, following separate shooting incidents which took place yesterday.
It is alleged that an unknown gunman shot at three persons. A 60-year-old man was fatally wounded while two other victims in their 30’s, accompanying the wounded, were taken to hospital for medical attention.
While police were busy at the scene, another shooting incident was reported at a nearby taxi rank. A 52 year old male was fatally wounded. No arrests have been made and police are appealing to anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of the suspect to share the information with police.
