During a Back to Basics Operation on 15/8, focussing on the sale of liquor illegally and drugs, a case of dealing in liquor was been opened.
Liquor to the value of over R3600 was been seized. A 61-year old female was issued with a fine of R1500.
29 Bompies and 2 loose bags of dagga valued at nearly R500 were found abandoned at Transit as well as Eskom electric cable valued at approximately R1500.
