Emilene Bruwer is a three-year-old autistic girl who was diagnosed with leukaemia earlier this year.
Her treatment is very expensive and many people and organisations in the Kowie have contributed toward the cost of her care and medication.
Foto First began a raffle to raise funds, with the winner walking away with an Instax Mini Camera (that produces prints of your photographs as you take them).
When Craig Johnson won he discovered that the raffle had only managed to raise R1 800 in total and so brought back the camera to enable Foto First to re-raffle the prize. Johnson also donated a further R1 000 and laid down a challenge for people to equal or better his donation.

Within a few minutes, Peter Viet had made a similar donation, adding that this was a worthy cause and would like to see just how much the generous people of Port Alfred could donate.
Barbara Fraser of Foto First Port Alfred said she will be donating Instax mini film to add to the camera for the next raffle.
