A Port Alfred resident has raised the issue of illegal dumping at Centenary Park in the DA Ward 10 branch AGM held at the Royal Port Alfred Golf Club last Monday evening.
It appears the person responsible is working in the building trade as the materials seem to include broken tiles, cement, paint buckets and broken building equipment.
