NICK Howard worked his magic on Saturday evening at his restaurant, Graze by the River on Van der Riet Street, with a food and wine pairing where the taste buds savoured the harmony of the cultivars and blends of Mt Vernon Estate Wines and a delicious salad, a surf and turf medley, an outstanding venison dish and an indulgent chocolate dessert.
