Port Alfred High School’s Colour Run on Saturday morning was a great success and saw more than 200 boys, girls, moms, dads, auntie and uncles running through clouds of pastel powders to reach the finishing line following a 5km run.
But, before they even started Inspired Movement, with trainer Lisa Came, carried out a warm-up session in order to minimise injuries on the run ahead.
