Win big in Talk of the Town’s new photo competition

ALL amateur photographers and happy snappers should get their cameras in focus for the Talk of the Town ES Young Photographic Competition which starts this week.

Pictures must be local, original, scenic, and attention to local historical landmarks is encouraged.

The top entry per week over the next five weeks will stand the chance to win R1 000.

The winner of the Talk of the Town competition will win a whopping R2 000, a prize sponsored by Bev Young in honour of her late husband. This winner will be announced on August 17.

But it doesn’t end there – the winner will go into a face-off with the two winners of similar competitions at Talk of the Town’s sister publications, The Rep in Komani and the Go! & Express in East London. The winning photographer will walk away with a Go-Pro Hero 5 Session, valued at R5 495, from Orms. The overall winner will be announced on August 31.

The important thing to note is that you need to buy the paper and use the entry form provided. See the entry form in this week’s Talk of the Town.
