Big bids on hides, wine and plane flips at Rotary Fisherman’s Feast

Date:

No Rotary event would be complete without an auction, and the Kenton Rotary Fisherman’s Feast last Friday was no exception. Rodney Austin did the honours, and is seen taking bids on some animal hides, including a Nguni brown/black hide, a Nguni white/black hide, a rooi hartebees hide and a black wildebees hide. Other items auctioned included a Tiger Moth flight, two nights for two at Kariega Game Reserve, a Megamaster kettle braai, and wine hampers. Austin was assisted by Steve Tredoux of Rotary.
