Business owners in Port Alfred have expressed concern over a growing problem of rubbish being dumped along the gravel road leading to St Francis Health Centre from Bathurst Road (R67).
Talk of the Town reported this in last week’s edition but, as can be seen from the photograph, building rubble has now been dumped along the road adding even more problems for businesses along the road.
Businesses are now demanding action from the municipality in preventing this blatant abuse that not only destroys the local environment but also can lead to health concerns.
