

FLAMES engulfed Matombi Nobebe’s house during the early hours of last Thursday morning as she lay asleep in her bed with her four children.
“’Mommy wake up!’ screamed my youngest,” said Nobebe.
In a panic Nobebe gathered and hurried the children outside only to stand and watch as the fire raged over her house consuming every piece of her life’s possessions, burning her children’s new school uniforms, books, school bags as well as all their food.
