THE 1st Port Alfred Scouts, Cubs and Meerkats were presented with new life jackets last Friday, a gift from an anonymous donor, allowing skip Rod McGregor to be able to take his charges aboard his boat, moored in Kleinemonde to be trained for their seamanship badges.
