Panther Farm Security released a clip of SAPS arresting a known offender. The accused has allegedly been arrested before for the St Francis Health Care break in that happened earlier this year. He was out on bail.
It is alleged that the detainee had been terrorizing farms on the Eastern Borders side. SAPS retrieved a black bag with meat, and what seemed to be leftovers from a pig.
