The Port Alfred High School 1st XV in action against Victoria Park High School from Port Elizabeth at the PAHS fields today. It was a hard fought game, with PAHS leading 20-5 at one point in the first half, before VP scored close to the end of the first half, with the score 20-13 to PAHS by halftime. VP continued to fight back in the second half, even down one player who had been red-carded, and close to the end the score was tied at 23-all. PAHS took advantage of a penalty to ultimately win 26-23.
