Another successful soiree

Port Alfred’s iconic Wharf Street was abuzz again this Friday evening when hundreds of people meandered into shops, met good friends and chatted, listened to live entertainment, ate delicious food, drank beer at R10 a pint and generally enjoyed a great evening out.

This was the second Wharf Street Soiree, this time the theme being “Christmas in July”.

The evening was not quite as cold as had been anticipated, but the fire drums and fairy light, plus Marius Goosen’s snow machine, certainly added to the festive spirit.
